Property Coordinator

An office-based role (Sim Trava Central, Altrincham) working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Manager, communicating and coordinating with store teams, RMs, and external contractors, you will be the custodian of Access Maintain ensuring repairs, maintenance and servicing is actioned and compliant with your goal to keep stores looking their best, operating at their maximum and legally compliant.

This role will be temporary for 3 months, however this may be extended or made permanent.

A bit about you
• A good attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of how our stores operate. Understanding what issues stores are reported and how that affects them.
• Great communication and coordination skills to receive and manage repair and maintenance requests from stores on Access Maintain and over the phone.
• A practical and logical mindset to apply to difficult or complicated jobs.
• Confidence to challenge and hold contractors and suppliers to SLA.
• The motivation to improve the property departments and your own performance.
