What’s involved?
- Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Making sure to celebrate success along the way.
- Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
- Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
- Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
- Owning the health and safety within the store.

- Management experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity.
- A keen attention to detail, ensuring compliant brand standards.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and encourage others to work at speed.
- Experience of recruiting, coaching and developing team members.
